Gwen Gonzalez is MARCA’s newest Account Supervisor, focusing on the agency’s Acquisition and Brand work for client DishLATINO.
Prior to joining MARCA, Gonzalez worked at Accent Marketing, Arnell and Dieste in Miami and New York, working with major brands including Pepsi, Sierra Mist, SoBe Lifewater, Belvedere Vodka, General Motors, Farmers Insurance and Dunkin’ Donuts.
Originally from Venezuela, Gonzalez obtained a BS in Journalism and Mass Communications from Florida International University before joining Gol TV as an Associate Producer. She then moved to London and completed an MA in Marketing and Public Relations at Schiller International University.
MARCA has also hired Amanda Taylor as Social Media Manager. Well-known as a co-founder of the Latino entertainment and lifestyle website Las Gringas Blog, Taylor has focused her career on developing strategic programs in the digital and social space for global, national and local brands in US Hispanic and Latin American markets. Most recently, Taylor managed online communities for Blackberry and Microsoft in Latin America. A native of Tennessee, Taylor speaks fluent Spanish and has lived and worked in Nicaragua, Ecuador and Mexico.
